Access Ability

Access Ability (www.accessability.ie) is a Disability Management Consultancy, which assists organisations to recruit and work effectively with employees who have a disability. Cpl has a been a partner to Access Ability for over a year now, working closely with them to find suitable employment for their registered jobs who have disabilities.

Through a four phases Access Ability provides practical one-stop-shop guidance on recruiting a person with a disability and advice on employment issues.
