Anne Heraty - Group Chief Executive

Anne Heraty is Chief Executive of Cpl Resources plc. A publicly quoted company, they provide recruitment and outsourcing services across a range of disciplines and sectors offering specialist labour market knowledge and expertise in each sector. Anne established Cpl in 1989 and has played a key role in developing it to become Ireland's leading employment services company. They have circa 2750 temporary staff and 260 contractors working on client site. Cpl has offices in Dublin, Limerick, Galway Westmeath, Cork and Kildare.

Anne holds a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics from University College Dublin and is a member of the Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC). She is Chairperson of the Expert Group for Future Skills Needs and a Non-Executive Director of Bord na Mona.

Paul Carroll - Business Development Director

Paul Carroll, Business Development Director of Cpl resources is the driving force behind the organisations continued success. His expertise combines 10 years in HR practice, working for companies such as KPMG, Intel, Gateway and Aer Rianta International with 8 years in recruitment with Cpl. A graduate from Maynooth NUI in Physics and Maths in 1985, he holds a Higher Diploma in Education and has studied Information Technology in DCU. Paul worked as a HR management consultant in KPMG for 5 years before joining the senior management team in Gateway 2000 to establish the HR function.

Garret John Roche - Managing Director of Multiflex

Garret joined the group in December 1995. He was a key member of the start up team that established Cpl Solutions contracting business in January 1996.

He is a Services Marketing graduate from Carlow RTC.

He holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and is a graduate member of the IPD. Prior to joining CPL Solutions Garret worked as a recruitment consultant in the sales arena.

Josephine Tierney - Finance Director

Josephine Tierney joined Cpl in July 2001 as Finance Director. She is responsible for Accounts, IT and Administration. Prior to this, she worked with Fyffes plc for 10 years in various roles including Financial Controller Fyffes Group Ireland, Finance Director and MD of their internet subsidiary worldoffruit.com. She trained with Arthur Andersen in both Audit and the Consultancy division. She holds a BComm, Diploma in professional Accountancy and FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants).

John Hennessy - Chairman

John Hennessy joined the Board of CPL Resources plc in 1998 having acted as a consultant to the Group for the preceding year. He is a Barrister and a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Mathematical Sciences from Trinity College Dublin. He was formerly a partner with Arthur Andersen and is now in practice at the Irish Bar.

Breffni Byrne - Non-Executive Director

Mr Byrne joined the CPL Board in December 2007. Mr Byrne is Chairman of NCB Stockbrokers and serves as a director of Irish Life and Permanent plc, Coillte Teoranta, Hikma Pharmaceutical plc, Tedcastle Holding ltd and a number of other companies. A chartered accountant, he was formerly a Senior Partner of the Audit and Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen in Ireland.

Oliver Tatton - Non-Executive Director

Mr Tattan joined the CPL Board in December 2007. Mr. Tatton is the founder and CEO of Vivas Insurance Ltd. Oliver previously held the role of chief executive at VHI Healthcare and was co-founder of Daon.
