Role:

Clinical Nurse Manager- Detoxification -Dublin

In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a detoxification unit based in Dublin.


The Service
The aim of this service is to provide a supportive and medically assisted detoxification programme facilitating clients to address addictions, primarily alcohol, and move out of homelessness.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the detoxification programme. You will be required to provide support leadership and motivation to nursing staff, volunteers and project workers.


Requirements
• Minimum five years post registration experience
• An Bord Altranais registration RGN or RPN
• Previous experience working as Clinical Nurse Manager
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Record of continuous professional development
