Lesley Young
Associate Director
Lesley joined the Cpl Healthcare team in April 2011. Initially, Lesley worked as an administrator for the Social Care team and was then offered a role as a Placement Coordinator with Cpl Healthcare’s Nursing Division in July 2011. Shortly after this Lesley also began recruiting nurses for agency work.
Following this Lesley became an administrative assistant to Brian Murray, Team Lead in Allied Health. Since June 2013 Lesley has ran her own desk recruiting Allied Health professionals for agency work with the HSE. Lesley also manages and performs internal and external audits on a regular basis to ensure compliance standards are met and in agreement with our Service Level Agreement with the HSE.
Lesley has formed excellent client relationships and continues to ensure client’s needs are met to the highest standard. Lesley solely manages the HSE NCS Counselling in Primary Care project. This project has grown from strength to strength in the past year and we now have approximately 130 counsellors working through the agency.
