Unique Opportunity to Interview in Madrid

Qualified Healthcare Assistants are invited to interview from November 12th-13th, 2024.

Available Locations:

Choose from 28 locations across Ireland, including Dublin, Waterford, Kilkenny and Cork.

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Work Schedule: Day and night shifts, flexibility required

Salary Range: €13.50 - €14.50 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications and Skills

·      Healthcare/social care qualification or relevant experience

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to follow instructions and procedure

·      Good organisation skills

·      Excellent Observation skills

·      Capacity to work in a team but use your own initiative

·      Professional, caring, and kind nature

 

General Responsibilities:

·      Provide high-quality person-centred care according to residents care plans

  • Getting to know residents’ interests and needs, providing attention, support and companionship
  • Promoting the mobility of residents, supervising and assisting as necessary to ensure optimum mobility is maintained and improved where possible
  • Enabling and assisting residents to maintain their personal appearance /hygiene needs while always maintaining their dignity
  • Enabling and assisting residents to eat/drink and achieve physical comfort
  • Participating, organising and carrying out social activities
  • Sustaining high level of communication between resident’s family and staff developing good relationships
  • Adhering to relevant policies and procedures at all time
