🌟 About the Role:
As Clinical Director, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across a range of services including:
- Community Intellectual Disabilities Team
- Group Homes
- New Dimensions Day Programme
You’ll ensure efficient use of resources, shape service development, and lead the Directorate to deliver person-centered, evidence-based care that meets international standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Define priorities and implement action plans aligned with MWI’s strategic goals
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across all service lines
- Oversee accreditation, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive performance and quality
- Collaborate across directorates to improve system-wide service delivery
- Lead business planning and service transformation initiatives
🎓 Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- 7–10 years of progressive management experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
- Proven leadership and staff development skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards
- Eligible for registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council, Allied Health Council, or equivalent
