Clinical Nurse Manager Role in Occupational Health

Purpose: To embrace strategic aspects of a wider workplace health services agenda which includes healthy working lives, workplace health promotion and working health services. There is a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources.

Qualifications / Experience:

1. Be registered in the General division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
2. Have at least 5 years post registration experience. 
3. Have at least 2 years’ experience in a management role ,ideally in the specialty of occupational health. 
4. Ideally hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification or currently undertaking one.
