Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek a Clinical Nurse Manager for Nursing Unit in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

This unit is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000, operates a total of 32 nursing and care homes in Ireland.

Overview of the role:

Cpl are now applicants for a Clinical Nurse Manager role in a newly opened Care facility for Older Adults in Leopardstown Dublin 18. The roles available are full time permanent and will require the availability to work weekends/nights.  

Duties:

·        Clinical Practice

·        Medication Management

·        Staff Supervision & Training

·        Auditing

·        Residents/Relatives - Person Centre

·        Management

Qualifications :

• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
• Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
• Sound decision making ability.
• Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
• Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
• Results driven.
