Well-known Paediatric Community Organization is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) – Paediatric Complex Care (Homecare)

Full-time, Permanent,  Monday to Friday

Join our dynamic CNM team as a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) as we expand our service and make a lasting impact by supporting children with complex needs to live safely at home, surrounded by their loved ones.

Responsibilities

As CNM1, you will:

• Collaborate with existing members of our Paediatric Complex team CNM2, Clinical Nurse Facilitator (CNF), and CNM1 to lead and support a team of community nurses
• Provide hands-on clinical leadership and mentorship
• Oversee nurse scheduling and staffing coordination
• Ensure safe, high-quality care and excellent family support
• Contribute to clinical and strategic planning to improve outcomes
• Liaising closely with families, MDT and nursing team in the home, with support from CNM2 and CNF

Requirements

• Dynamic Registered Nurse with Paediatric Qualification (essential) or dual qualification RGN SCN
• Previous leadership or team management experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for working with children and supporting families delivering care in children’s homes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-based care environment
