Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Endoscopy - Dublin

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, an established and accredited hospital in Dublin, are seeking to recruit an experienced Endoscopy Nurse for a managerial/team lead post.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a quality service in line with Endoscopy nursing practice standards, whilst undertaking a strategic approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and the management of changes necessary to achieve organisational objectives.

Minimum criteria for this senior role:

-         General Nursing qualification

-         Full NMBI registration

-         5 years post registration experience in an acute hospital setting, with at least 2 of these in Endoscopy

-         At least 2 years’ experience at Clinical Nurse Manager 1 level

-         Permission to work in Ireland
