In partnership with our client, CPL HealthCare is now looking to recruit a Director of Nursing for a brand new 155 bedded nursing home due to open at the end of the year.  

Our client is the largest Nursing Home Group and a market leader in Ireland for elderly care. We are looking for caring individuals to physically or mentally support challenged residents in their everyday lives. Director of Nursing would need to effectively manage the successful operation of the designated Nursing Home, ensuring delivery of on the key objectives of the delivery of excellent and consistent person-centred care with high quality care standards being maintained while in line with commercial targets and business objectives.

Essential Requirements:

·        Qualified Nurse with at least 3 years Management experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person

·        Post registration management qualification in health or a related field

·        Proven track record in healthcare clinical management

·        Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills

·        Sound decision making ability and results driven

·        Ability to work well and promote a team environment

·        Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the company
