To play a vital role in supporting high-level executives by managing their schedules, communications, and other administrative tasks. Here are the key requirements commonly expected for this role:
1. Educational Qualifications
- Minimum: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Professional certifications, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Executive Assistant Certification, may be preferred not mandatory.
2. Experience
- Years of Experience: Typically, 5-10 years in an executive Secretary role, with some experience in a leadership or executive setting.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry as the company can be beneficial, especially in understanding specific terminologies and workflows is a plus.

- Software Proficiency

4. Communication Skills
- Written and Verbal Communication: Clear and professional writing and speaking abilities for preparing reports, memos, and handling external communications.
