Nursing Manager Healthcare Concierge

The successful candidate will have strong experience working in an acute hospital setting and minimum CMN1 grade experience ideally within an emergency care service and/or acute ward service with experience working with adult and paediatric patients.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Schedule:

• Flexitime

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Eastgate Business Park, Little Island, CO. Cork

This role predominantly is a Monday to Friday role however the successful candidate will be rostered to work some Sundays / bank holidays

Qualifications and Role Requirements:

• BSc Nursing Degree or Higher

• Must be on the register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

• A Registered General Nurse, CMN1 with a minimum of 5+ years hands on clinical experience within acute care and/or emergency care

• Specialist experience is desirable

• Customer Service experience is also desirable

• Needs to have excellent interpersonal and exemplary customer service skills, computer skills and presentation skills, product knowledge and have the ability to be proactive and decisive

• Must be confident when addressing issues and engaging with members and providers
