Cpl Healthcare are currently looking to recruit experienced Registered Nurses for Occupational Health Roles in Midlands UK.
Our client is offering experienced nurses a hybrid option of working within their Occupational Health provisions serving clients in the Midlands UK.
Role is full time permanent, 37.5 hours per week, requiring travel between the site visits and clinics with elements of home- based work.
Services such as
- Occupational Health ill health/ management referrals
- Immunisation Programmes
- Health Screening and Surveillance
- New starter screening
- Workplace Assessments including Display Screen Equipment
- Health Promotion Programmes
- Management of ad hoc Occupational Health issues
- Conducting face-to-face, video, or telephone consultations
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Qualified and Registered with NMC
- Occupation Health qualification desirable
- Occupation health experience preferred
- Acute nursing experience
- Ability to build good relationships with service users and colleagues by developing rapport, communicating clearly and accurately, active listening and the ability to empathise. The post-holder must have the ability to refer to senior staff as required.
- Ability to recognise and diffuse potentially difficult situations in relation to service users and members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Organisational skills for co-ordination and provision of care
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to provide verbal and generate and computer written reports
