Orthopaedic Territory Manager (Leinster Area)

In partnership with our client, CPL Healthcare are recruiting a Orthopaedic Territory Manager (Leinster Dublin Area).

Preferred Background:

• 5yrs of experience in healthcare (physiotherapist/theatre scrub nurse/sports science/ physiologist/biomed etc) or medical sales
• Commercial/business mind
• Not shy in speaking to people they don’t know, not bothered by the unknown
• Bubbly, energetic, sales personality
• Self starter

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Travelling to hospitals in their territory, meeting nursing teams, Surgical teams, hospital stakeholders, sterilization teams, engineers, biomed teams in hospital promoting, educating on premier surgical products
• Education within a theatre setting on premier surgical products
• For first 6 months candidate would be expected to travel nationwide, shadowing other team members and learning on the job. 80% travel for this role

Working hours

• Monday-Friday predominantly
• Would need flexibility RE hours, e.g. if assisting a surgeon on a case that starts at 7am in the midlands, would need to start day earlier, but can then finish earlier
• Occasional overseas travel to overseas learning centres, seeing surgeries in different countries etc

 Salary & Benefits:

• Negotiable salary based on experience.
• Company car, lunch expenses, pension, bonus scheme next year possibly
