Psychologist Assistant – Co. Westmeath

Psychologist Assistant required by Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with the HSE, for a new opportunity based in Mullingar Co. Westmeath.

The purpose of this role is to work as part of the HSE Children’s Disability Network Team, Springfield Centre, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. The Psychology Assistant reports to a Senior Psychologist or their designated officer and is responsible to the Children’s Disbility Network Manager or their designated officer.

Job responsibilities: 

Assessment and Intervention for Children aged 0-18 years attending the Children’s Disability Network Team. Work as part of an Interdisciplinary team using a Family Centred Model of Care.

The Candidate:

• A recognised Psychology qualification

• Previous experience with paediatrics desirable

• Previous experience working in the disability sector hugely desirable

• Permission to work in Ireland

• Professional approach to work

• Full driver’s licence and access to own vehicle essential
