Senior Cardiac Physiologists- Navan, Co. Meath

Senior Cardiac Physiologists required by Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with the HSE, for a new opportunity in Our Lady's Hospital Navan, Co. Meath

• 35 Hours per week

• 8 Week Position

• Promote quality by reviewing and evaluating the cardiac department service regularly, 

identifying changing needs and opportunities to improve services, in collaboration with 

the Hospital Manager and relevant others. 

• Promote good working practice and uniformity of standards of best practice. 

• Promote good team working, and a culture that values diversity.

• Liaise with the Hospital Manager regarding the needs, interests and views of Cardiac 

Investigations staff.

• Participate in the management of stock and equipment in conjunction with the team.

• Represent the department at meetings and conferences as appropriate.

• Oversee the upkeep of accurate records in line with best clinical governance, 

organisational requirements, GDPR and the Freedom of Information Act, and render 

reports and other information / statistics as required.

• Perform such other duties appropriate to the office as may be assigned to the office 

from time to time by the Health Service Executive.

• To attend at such times and places as may be fixed and to remain in attendance 

there as long as his/her service is required

• Ensure that all recording apparatus used in connection with such tests are 

maintained in a clean and hygienic condition

• Ensure that there is adequate supply available of any consumable materials

The Candidate:

• A recognised qualification as a Physiologist

• Minimum of 3 years experience

• Permission to work in Ireland

• Professional approach to work
