Social Care Leader required for Children's Disability Network, Longford
To provide supports to children and young people aged 0-18 with complex needs arising from a disability.
provide interdisciplinary supports to children and young people based on the priorities identified with the family at the time of Individual Family support planning
Hours:
39 Hours per week.
Mon - Fri 9am -5pm
Person Specific:
- Minimum of a QQI level 7, BA in Social Care
- Full driving licence, desirable
- Permission to work in Ireland
- Experience working in a similar environment desirable
