Staff Grade Speech & Language Therapists – Dublin North, North Central & Northwest

Cpl Healthcare, in collaboration with our clients, is currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled Staff Grade Speech & Language Therapists to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people (ages 0–18) with complex needs. These roles are based across Dublin North, Dublin North Central, and Dublin Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of communication and swallowing difficulties in children and young people.
  • Design and implement individualised therapy plans grounded in evidence-based practice.
  • Prepare clinical reports and contribute to the development and review of personalised care plans.
  • Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to support the child and their family.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with families, caregivers, and all professionals involved in care delivery.
  • Participate in the ongoing development, planning, and evaluation of therapy services.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy and CORU registration (or eligibility).
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience, ideally with children presenting with complex needs.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary team.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
