Cpl Healthcare are seeking Speech Pathologists for our client in Western Australia. In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload, including children and adults, to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
Provide therapy to clients with speech and language difficulties, both in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support the client's communication goals.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records and reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech pathology.
Participate in community outreach and education programs as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
Current registration or be eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Relevant experience in assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Western Australia, if required.
