Senior Supervisor: Day Services
📍 Location: Tallaght, Dublin
🕒 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours)
💰 Salary from €43,283 per annum
Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting a Senior Supervisor on behalf of a leading disability service supporting individuals with autism in a day service setting based in Tallaght.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives through person-centred, high-quality supports.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support a team delivering person-centred care
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the service
· Ensure delivery of supports in line with individual care plans
· Participate in team management, including rota planning and meetings
· Promote independence, community engagement, and skill development for service users
Requirements
· Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
· Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting individuals with complex needs
· Supervisory or leadership experience within a social care setting
· Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
· Full manual driver’s licence (essential)
