About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, independence, and the highest possible quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
  • Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and overall wellbeing
  • Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all relevant policies and procedures

Who Can Apply?

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Hold EU citizenship
  • Have excellent English language skills
  • Possess recent relevant Work Experience OR a Qualification in one of the following areas:
    • Healthcare Assistant
    • Care Assistant
    • Nurse Assistant
    • Social Care
    • Special Needs
    • Nursing Care Technician
    • Technician in Care for People
    • Support Worker
    • Nursing

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with older persons is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring, compassionate, and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and observational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts
