Quality Assurance & Clinical Governance Manager
Location: North Dublin | Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer | Hours: 3 days per week
My client is seeking an experienced and values-driven Quality Assurance & Clinical Governance professional to provide strategic and operational leadership across their community-based services including Home Care, Day Care, Meals on Wheels and Family Support.
This senior role will lead quality assurance, safeguarding, compliance, risk management, clinical governance and continuous improvement frameworks, ensuring services are safe, effective, person-centred and aligned with regulatory and contractual requirements.
You will be a confident senior leader with strong experience in quality, governance, safeguarding, risk management or healthcare/social care leadership. You will bring excellent judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to influence, support and lead change across a complex service environment.
