CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a growing client expanding their children’s residential services across the South East of Ireland.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Care Leader to support and lead a residential care team working with children and young people in a safe, nurturing and positive environment.

Locations

Opportunities are available across Tipperary, Cork, Wexford, Waterford, Wicklow and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, Youth & Community Work, Childcare or a related discipline
  • 1 year’s experience in a children’s residential setting is desirable
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people
  • A full driving licence is preferred; candidates who have completed a minimum of 12 driving lessons are also encouraged to apply
