Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Kildare or Dublin (Hybrid Working Available)
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Healthcare Recruitment team, supporting the recruitment of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. Previous healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a portfolio of candidates and clients.
- Achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
- Source, screen and qualify candidates to meet client requirements.
- Develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
- Drive business development activities, including lead generation, networking, market research and relationship building.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development.
- Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate.
- Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment market.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within CRM systems.
- Utilise social media and professional networks to attract talent and strengthen client relationships.
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient IT and systems skills.
