Nurses & Midwives with an EU Passport – Ireland (Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Galway…)

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with a prestigious group of private nursing homes and hospitals in Ireland, is offering an excellent full‑time opportunity for qualified Nurses interested in relocating to different locations across the country. 

 

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive care and supervising the care team, maintaining a person‑centred approach and ensuring high‑quality standards for residents. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Assessment, planning, and delivery of nursing care. 
  • Supervision, coordination and support of healthcare assistants. 
  • Administration of medications and treatments in line with established protocols. 
  • Monitoring residents’ health status and updating clinical records. 
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. 

 

Requirements 

  • Nursing Degree. 
  • NMBI registration (or willingness to start the process). 
  • High level of English (spoken and written). IELTS score of 7+, OET or Official Course in English completed is required for registration. 
  • EU nationality. (50/50 Rule: Irish regulations require at least 50% of staff to be EU citizens.) 
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team. 

 

Benefits 

  • Competitive salary: €39,000 – €54,400 gross per year (depending on experience and location). 
  • Permanent contract. 
  • Double pay on public holidays and additional pay supplement on Sundays.
