Person in Charge – Autism & Disability Services

Co. Tipperary | Full-Time | Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential care services for an experienced Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee two designated centres in Co. Tipperary.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive organisation providing high-quality, person-centred support to young people with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities and complex needs.

The Role

  • Lead and manage residential care teams
  • Ensure high standards of care and positive outcomes for service users
  • Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and standards
  • Oversee the effective day-to-day management of the services
  • Work closely with families, support networks and multidisciplinary professionals

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Healthcare or a related discipline
  • Management/Leadership qualification or willingness to undertake one
  • Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in health or social care
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations
  • Full driver's licence
