Requirements
- Active NMBI registration (PIN number required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to high standards of resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in elderly care, nursing homes, community care, or acute settings is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with best practice standards
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support residents to maintain dignity, independence and quality of life
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents and families
- Promote a safe and caring environment at all times
