Case Manager – Family Homeless Action Team (Dublin)
Location: Dublin
Contract: 2-Year Fixed-Term
Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, Ireland's leading not-for-profit working to prevent people becoming, remaining or returning to homelessness, are seeking a committed and empathetic Case Manager to provide direct, onsite support to families living in emergency accommodation. In this crucial role, you will help families navigate crisis situations, access the supports they need, and progress toward safe, long-term housing.
You will work closely with families to assess their needs, develop tailored support plans, and advocate on their behalf; ensuring each family receives compassionate, practical assistance on their journey to stability.
This role includes a hybrid working arrangement, with one work-from-home day per week following successful completion of probation.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage a designated caseload and follow all case management procedures and protocols.
- Complete assessments and reviews, and develop individual support plans with families referred to the service.
- Deliver support in a client-centred, psychologically informed, trauma-informed manner, promoting autonomy and independence.
- Build and maintain effective links with local services, community groups, emergency accommodation providers, and housing partners.
- Adhere to all relevant policies including Child Protection, Confidentiality, Customer Complaints, Health & Safety, and Personnel.
What You’ll Bring
- A relevant Level 8 degree (e.g., Social Care, Psychology, Sociology).
- Proven experience working in a social care or support setting.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car (desirable).
- Experience working with child protection and welfare concerns (desirable).
- Experience completing assessments, including risk assessments (desirable).
- Ability to support individuals or families displaying challenging behaviour (desirable).
