This established service has been providing support to families in a community based setting and we are looking for a manager to join the team. The Centre Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an accommodation centre supporting families seeking International Protection. The role focuses on ensuring resident wellbeing, safety, and integration, while maintaining compliance with National Standards. You will work alongside 3 Managers in the provision of this high quality service,
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the wellbeing and support of residents
· Develop and implement integration plans
· Support vulnerable individuals and families
· Build links with local and national services and organisations
· Manage resident queries and complaints professionally
· Ensure compliance with National Standards and HIQA requirements
· Complete administrative and reporting duties
Requirements:
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and make decisions
· Commitment to working with vulnerable groups
· Flexibility for on-call duties
· Experience in social care, residential care, education, or similar
· Experience working with families or vulnerable individuals
