Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager 3

Location: Community Residential Service, Dublin

Contract: Permanent Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)

Salary: €70,725 – €79,872* (LSI)

*Salary is subject to relevant public sector experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

About the Role:

Cpl Healthcare, on behalf of our client, are inviting applications for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to join a Community Residential Service team in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team while ensuring high-quality care for our service users.

Essential Criteria:

·      Registered with NMBI (RNID desirable)

·      Possess a recognised management qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent

·      Full driving license and access to own transport

·      Proven people management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a large number of staff

·      Detailed knowledge of the Health Act 2007 and HIQA regulations

·      Minimum 5 years’ experience in disability services

·      Highly motivated with effective leadership and managerial skills, and the capacity to manage change
