Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, are currently accepting applications for the position of CNM2 for their North Tipperary / South Offaly services.

The Role
The CNM2 will provide clinical leadership and operational management within residential services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and collaboration.
Salary
€62,078 – €78,443 (LSI)
Salary is subject to relevant public sector experience and pro‑rata depending on contracted hours.
Essential Criteria
- Current registration with NMBI in the RNID division
- A recognised management qualification at FETAC/QQI Level 6 (or equivalent)
- Full clean manual driving licence and access to own transport
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience at CNM1 level or equivalent within intellectual disability services
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience, including at least 2 years in disability services
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with families and the multidisciplinary team (MDT)
- Detailed knowledge of HIQA Standards, Health Act 2007, and the role of the Person in Charge
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work on own initiative, manage change, and motivate teams
- Applicants should possess Level 2 Behavioural Competencies in line with the job description
