Our client, a leading day unit in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced, visionary Nurse Manager to spearhead the implementation of JAG accreditation and elevate the future of their Endoscopy Service.

As the new Nurse Manager, you will drive and deliver successful JAG accreditation, while leading and inspiring a skilled Endoscopy team.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply:

• NMBI-registered Nurse with at least 8 years’ post‑qualification experience
• Experienced at CNM2 level for a minimum of 2 years within Endoscopy services
• Someone with proven JAG accreditation experience
• Educated to degree level and/or with a relevant postgraduate qualification
• A strong communicator, committed leader, and dedicated clinical professional
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
