CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we are currently accepting CV for a Deputy Residential Manager.
The role is based in Newcastle, Greystones, Co. Wicklow and is a full time, permanent role.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for children and young adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
About the Role:
You will support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards while leading and motivating a dedicated team. This role combines both leadership (26 hours deputising) and frontline support (13 hours).
The perfect candidate will have:
✔ QQI Level 7 in Social Care or equivalent
✔ CORU registration (or in progress)
✔ Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔ A compassionate, proactive approach
