ENT Consultant

Cpl Healthcare is seeking expressions of interest/CV applications for the post of ENT Consultant in a teaching Hospital in the West of Ireland.

Our client provides high-quality healthcare services across acute Inpatient, outpatient and day services as well as regional specialty services in Ophthalmology and Ear, Nose and Throat Services. In addition, the hospital has a Medical Academy with a local university which includes clinical rotations/ education for medical students on campus.

This is a temporary full-time vacancy where the successful candidate will be part of a large multidisciplinary team, delivering this essential service. There is a requirement to participate in an on-call rota. The successful candidate will be required to meet the objectives of delivering high quality Consultant led Services and to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of a comprehensive ENT service.

To be considered eligible you must :

• Be registered in the relevant specialty division of the Irish Medical Council 
• Be able to demonstrate appropriate experience and ability in providing ENT related services at a Consultant level
• Ability and experience to participate in teaching, audit and research.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills
• Demonstrate awareness and appreciation of the service users
• Demonstrate leadership and team management skills
• Have excellent English skills
• Eligible to work in Ireland
