This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a national service dedicated to supporting foster care recruitment, assessment, and review across Ireland. Offering a strong degree of flexibility, this role combines remote working with in‑office collaboration.

  • Vision and creativity in shaping the strategic direction of a service.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills within a complex practice environment.
  • A high level of motivation, professionalism, and commitment.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland

Clinical/professional supervision will be provided by an external Social Work Supervisor.
