Location: Navan, Co. Meath
Shift timel 10:00–20:00 (minimum 10-hour shift)
Availability: Monday–Sunday; specific regular days to be agreed
Employment: Part-time or full-time, permanent
Support: Supported by CNM2 and local clinical management team
Join a nurse-led team providing one-to-one care to an adult with complex clinical needs in their own home. This role offers long, predictable shifts and the opportunity to deliver genuinely person-centred nursing care.
Pay
- Monday–Saturday: €30 per hour
- Sunday: €45 per hour
- Bank Holidays: €60 per hour
The role
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in the client’s home
- Tracheostomy care and ventilator support
- PEG and NG feeding
- Catheter and stoma care
- Medication management and clinical observation
- Recognise deterioration and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handover
- Contribute to care planning and risk assessment
- Liaise with the family, GP, discharge and community teams

What you will need
- Current NMBI registration as an RGN
- ICU, high-dependency, respiratory or complex-care experience desirable
- Relevant experience in tracheostomy, ventilation or enteral feeding desirable
- Strong clinical judgement, organisation and report writing
- Ability to work independently within a supported clinical framework
- Professionalism, confidentiality and a person-centred approach
- Legal right to work in Ireland; sponsorship is not available
