Person in Charge - Dunshane, Kildare

Cpl Healthcare are delighted to announce that we are actively recruiting a Person In Charge for a full-time permanent position in Dunshane, Kildare. 

Our client is dedicated to supporting people with physical / intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life, a life like any other in a community-based environment.

Our client works across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a brilliant team of social and care staff in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
• Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
• At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility including demonstrative experience in strategic planning
• At least 5 years’ experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector
