The overall aim of this role is to ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to the service users and to ensure persons with a disability are empowered to achieve their short and long term goals while mastering their independent living skills!
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Nursing Degree. (Be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or be entitled to be so registered)
OR
- Hold a Level 8 Degree in Social Care
AND
- Have a minimum three year’s Managerial Experience within the Health Sector.
AND
- Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
AND
- Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development at the appropriate level
