Inspired by the values of dignity, diversity, inclusion and self-determination, our client is seeking a Person in Charge/Residential Manager for a residential service in the community for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This role will report to the Residential Operations Manager.
đź“ťApplicants must hold a degree in Social Care, Nursing or equivalent, plus have minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a relevant area. Strong experience in HIQA inspections is essential, plus a full clean driving licence and use of own car.
