Social Care Leader - Corlann

CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services while ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently and actively within their communities.
• Promote autonomy, personal development, and equality.
• Lead and supervise staff teams within the designated centre.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA standards and person-centred planning principles.

Requirements

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing and supervising staff.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
