Cpl Healthcare is proud to partner with our client in the recruitment of Social Care Workers to join a dedicated under 12s residential service in Two-Mile-Borris, Borrisokane, and Dundrum, Co. Tipperary.

The Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, child-centred care within a residential setting
- Implementing individual care plans to support emotional, social, and educational development
- Promoting a safe and supportive environment in line with HIQA standards and safeguarding legislation
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care
- Supporting children in developing life skills, confidence, and resilience
- Engaging in reflective practice, training, and continuous professional development
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Youth Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- A genuine commitment to supporting children under 12 in care
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of HIQA standards, child protection, and safeguarding practices
- The ability to work effectively with children from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Salary
- €39,936 (0–2 years’ experience)
- €42,432 (2+ years’ experience)
