🕒 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours)
💰 Salary from €38,918 per annum
Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting Social Care Workers on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential and respite services for individuals with additional needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a person-centred organisation committed to supporting individuals to live independently, build life skills, and actively participate in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
· Support individuals with day-to-day living, including personal care
· Implement and follow individual care and support plans
· Promote independence, choice, and community engagement
· Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
· Level 7 degree in Social Care or relevant qualification (CORU approved)
· CORU registration (or in process)
· Minimum 6 months’ recent experience in a similar role
· Strong understanding of person-centred care
· Full clean manual driving licence
