Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, is seeking passionate and experienced Senior Speech & Language Therapists to join a dynamic team serving children and young people (0-18) with complex needs. These rewarding roles are based in Dublin North, Dublin North Central, and Dublin Northwest (CHODNCC).

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, to create integrated treatment plans.
  • Support families and caregivers with education and strategies to enhance communication at home.
  • Lead and contribute to the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.
  • Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.

Essential Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience working as a Speech & Language Therapist with experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
  • CORU registration or eligible for CORU registration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for working with children and young people with disabilities.
  • Driving license preferred
