Are you a skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist/Speech & Language Therapist seeking to make a difference in the lives of children and adults? Join our client, a Tasmania (Australia) based leading provider of allied health services across Residential Aged Care, community care, and NDIS participants.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services in community settings including homes, childcare centres, aged care, and schools. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact clients’ health and wellbeing, promoting communication and swallowing care.

What You’ll Need:

  • Accredited Speech Pathology/ Speech and Language Therapy Qualification
  • Eligible for membership as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP)
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligible for same
  • Current Driver’s Licence essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and treatments for communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with educators and families to enhance speech and communication outcomes.
  • Work within NDIS and community care systems.
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
