Staff Grade and Senior Grade Psychologists required - Galway

Psychologists, (staff and senior grade) are required to join the team at Primary Care Galway in partnership with the HSE.

We are looking for 2 senior psychologists plus 1 Senior/Staff grade urgently and 3 staff grade psychologists for the WLI.

The three immediate senior psychologists are for the following areas:

1 Senior Psychologist Adult Mental Health for GR3 (Balybane/Galway City – Oranmore – Gort)

1 Senior Psychologise for Adult Mental Health for Galway Roscommon Mental Health Services North.

GR5N (Ballinasloe area) also serving the inpatient unit in Roscommon.

1 Senior Psychologist/Staff grade for Network 7 – Athenry PC Child

Plus three staff grade psychologists for the WLI.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide psychological services in line with HSE best practice,

• Conduct assessments and individual and/or group interventions

• Maintain assigned clinical caseload

The Candidate:

• A recognized post-graduate qualification as a psychologist

• Permission to work in Ireland

• Professional approach to work

Subject to skill match interview, Garda vetting and references it will be an immediate start.

The contract will be for a year.
