About the Roles

Cpl are currently recruiting Staff Nurses and Senior Nurses to work across a wide range of healthcare facilities throughout Ireland. Opportunities are available in acute hospitals, non-acute and long-term care settings, community services, rehabilitation, mental health, intellectual disability services, and specialist units.

Key Responsibilities

·      Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with professional standards

·      Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

·      Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

·      Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice

·      Adhere to HIQA, HSE, and NMBI guidelines and policies

·      Support patients, families, and carers with dignity and respect

Requirements

·      Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

·      Recognised nursing qualification (General, Psychiatric, Intellectual Disability, Children’s, or Midwifery considered depending on role)

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·      Commitment to high standards of patient care
