🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ interests and abilities to create personalized activity plans
- Lead a variety of recreational activities: arts & crafts, games, fitness, and social outings
- Organize special events like holiday celebrations and birthday parties
- Foster community spirit and encourage resident participation
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate records of participation and adapt programs as needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and families
- Manage activity supplies and procure materials as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an activity coordinator or recreation role (preferably in elder care or healthcare)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities
- Team player with a compassionate, patient approach
- Certification in recreational therapy or a related field (preferred but not essential)
