Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) – Addiction Service, Dublin
This role leads the day-to-day operations of a medically supervised injecting facility (MSIF), ensuring safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care for service users while managing and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
We are seeking applicants who are passionate about harm reduction and vulnerable populations, can lead confidently in a complex, high-risk environment and can bring both hands-on clinical ability and strategic oversight.
Responsibilities will include oversight of service & operations, delivery of safe, ethical and compliant care delivery, leadership & team management, stakeholder engagement, governance and reporting.
Essential Requirements
- Active NMBI registration.
- 3+ years post-qualification experience, including 2 years in low-threshold services.
- 2+ years in leadership/management.
- Experience in substance misuse, mental health, or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
- Budget and operational management experience.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
