Social Workers - Dublin

Social Worker required by Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with HSE, for a new opportunity in Dublin.

The Dublin South West (DSW) Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons (ICPOP) Community Specialist Team (CST) is a specialist transdisciplinary service primarily targeting and managing the complex care needs of the older person with multiple co-morbidities across a continuum of care.

The Candidate:

• A recognized qualification as a Social Worker with CORU registration

• Permission to work in Ireland

• Professional approach to work
